At the SORT & PACK stations, very small orders are diverted and packed into smaller pack units. So-called "value added" articles are individually labelled and grouped together as bundle packs. Export documents or gift cards and the like can also be printed and inserted at these stations. Cartons are then re-consolidated, and invoices printed, folded and inserted before each carton is sealed and directed to the dispatch sorting area.
