Junior Software Engineer (m/f)

KNAPP has had strong development for many years in Sweden and internationally and is looking for new software engineers for development and sales of KNAPP software.

Your part

We are looking for someone who is able to develop and improve our software product.
You will be a part of a team that, with full support from our software centre in Austria Graz, will learn the software basis functions and together with them run implementations internationally, later on in the preferred in the Scandinavian region. You will take part in customization, sales support and commissioning.

Your qualifications

• Engineer in a relevant area, preferably in automation
• Experience with oriented programming with excellent knowledge of Java
• Good experience with databases such as Oracle
• Good knowledge in English, our corporate language. Swedish is a plus.
• Experience working with software projects as such and/or customer service is advantageous.
• Driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel

Additional information

This vacancy requires travel for a certain time to different locations around the world, as project sites are spread internationally.

Initial training for the first 3-6 months will likely be required at the headquarters in Graz Austria. After successful integration into the KNAPP organization, relocation to the Scandinavian subsidiary is possible.
