- In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer internationalen Service-Kunden im zugeteilten Marktgebiet in allen Service Belangen.
- Sie gestalten aktiv Kundenbeziehungen und arbeiten eng mit unseren Niederlassungen zusammen.
- Sie sind direkter Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kunden für alle Service-Aufträge und Service-Projekte.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden erarbeiten Sie System- und Servicelösungen.
- Für das/die zugewiesene/n Marktgebiet/Kunden erstellen Sie das Auftragseingangs- und Umsatz Budget.
- Sie sind Repräsentant der Firma KNAPP.

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service oder Kundenbetreuung gesammelt.
- Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch, eine weitere Fremdsprache (insbesondere Französisch) ist von Vorteil.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sie haben Freude im Umgang mit Kunden und sind bereit zu reisen.
- Sie zeichnen sich aus durch Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 2.582,48 pro Monat.
