D2GO Content & Communication Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a passionate writer, editorial planner, and content strategist (m/f/d), with a knack for simplifying complex topics to formulate the benefits of applying digitalization into daily processes and workflows in order to maximize content reach across multiple channels.- You will work closely with the DIGITAL2GO-Team to develop our storyline, drive awareness of the brand DIGITAL2GO and enrich the potential market and users with inspiring and highly informative content.
- You stay on top of editorial and content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and test
- You conceptualize intriguing narratives and write great content (whitepaper, press releases, interviews, blog posts, social media, and landing pages)
- You distill an exciting dramaturgy from talks with founders, entrepreneurs, employees, clients, and stakeholders and translate them into written pieces that will be taken up by the media.
- Your passion is being actively on the hunt for new stories and formats, which can be potentially a key to our content marketing strategy
- You write press releases and liaise with journalists from key media to easily push messages that will be picked up – you are the interface to our agencies
- You are a hands on writer and editorial planner and draw excitement from independently overarching the setting of topics in terms of strategy and existing content and topicality
- You develop media content concepts, and communication plans in line with the strategy, keeping an overview of all content across our channels, monitoring and reporting new trends
- You handle SEO optimization and the ongoing development of cross-channel content, support in preparing presentations, and analyze media performance to tailor content strategies
- You have working experience in the fields of social media and communications, expertise in content creation (text, audio, photo, video) and online marketing-specific experience
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English and have excellent communications skills, with the ability to write exceptional content in both languages

- You have a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or other comparable education, or many years of experience in a renowned agency at least 2 years of hands-on writing experience, especially in digital formats. A faible for process topics and their technical implementation is a plus.
- You have a deep understanding of how digital (B2B) channels operate and how (written) content needs to be adapted to them
- You are experienced in managing various social media channels in B2B context, and have expertise in email and social media marketing tools, as well as CRM systems
- You can quickly dive into new topics & industries and write captivating stories
- You have excellent communication skills & the ability to write exceptional content in German and English

We offer you professional and personal training programs as well as working in a motivated team in which the willingness to take responsibility and the enthusiasm for the implementation of ideas are welcome.
