# gointernational: Manager, Software Implementation (m/f)


  • Manage up to 5 Lead Software Commissioning Engineers on-site and assign tasks to Leads
  • Manage schedule and quality of the Software Implementation part of the assigned project/jobsite
  • Interface with Software Development  
  • Interface with Software Engineering
  • Interface with Construction Site Management
  • Interface with Controls Systems Implementation Site Management
  • Interface with Project Management
  • Report and track on-site progress
  • Responsible for resource planning of the jobsite of assigned area, such as turnarounds, vacations, etc.
  • Hold and lead team meetings
  • Review, check, and approve hours of direct reports
  •  Oversee and direct the successful and timely completion of assigned team tasks and projects, in coordination with department and program-management
  • Attend all meetings relevant to the assigned project
  • Liaise with Customer and be the main point of contact during customer testing phases (UAT / CIT)


  • 3+ years¿ experience implementing commissioning software or software development
  • Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language like C++ or Java
  • Good knowledge SQL/databases and Linux
  • Knowledge of project management and tools used for project management
  • Knowledge of computer systems and Windows operating system
  • Good knowledge of PLC programming
  • Motivation

For this position, a minimum salary of EUR 2.870,58  gross per month applies for career starters. However, we offer a payment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience. The foreign assignments also represent an attractive additional income.
