- Du führst eine Abteilung mit ~30 Mitarbeitern bestehend aus drei Teams
- Die Inbetriebnahme von KNAPP-Produkten wie Zentralbandautomaten und Druckstationen stellen dein Tagesgeschäft dar
- Etablierte Lösungen, aber auch neue Technologien wie Bilderkennung bilden hierbei deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Mitarbeiterführung & -entwicklung, Budget- & Personalverantwortung, sowie internationale Projektabwicklung sind deine Hauptaufgaben
- Durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Prozessoptimierung bereitest du deinen Verantwortungsbereich auf die Zukunft vor

- Vorzugsweise hast du mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungs- bzw. Steuerungstechnik
- Internationale Kommunikation ist dir kein Fremdwort ¿ du sprichst ausgezeichnet Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT mit
- Dienstreisen im Ausmaß von ~10% runden deinen Büroalltag ab
