- Du organisierst weltweite Transporte auf dem Land-, See- und Luftweg
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Transportsteuerung und Terminüberwachung für Kundenprojekte, Customer Service, Messen, Retouren und bist zuständig für die selbstständige Erstellung, Abklärung und Überprüfung von Lieferpapieren und Zolldokumenten
- Du wickelst sämtliche zolltechnischen Formalitäten mit Behörden, Niederlassungen und Kunden ab und arbeitest eng mit Schnittstellenpartnern, wie z.B. Projekt Management, Einkauf, Lager, Versand, Customer Service sowie externen Partnern (Speditionen, Lieferanten, Zollbrokers) zusammen
- Die Durchführung von Transportkostenanfragen und Preisvergleichen, Transportnachverhandlungen und Frachtrechnungsprüfung gehört zu deinem Alltagsgeschäft
- Präferenzkalkulation, Kostenkontrolle, Stammdatenerfassung und Claim Management runden dein Aufgabenfeld ab.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. eine Berufsausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Transportlogistik und Zollkenntnisse mit (Import, Export, Präferenzkalkulation, Dual-Use)
- Wir setzen ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse voaus, SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Du verständigst dich problemlos auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift , Spanisch und jede weitere Sprache sind vom Vorteil
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Stressresistenz zeichnen dich aus
