Du begleitest neue digitale Geschäftsmodelle von der Idee, zur Entwicklung bis hin zur Umsetzung.

Dabei arbeitest du sehr eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen sowie unseren Niederlassungen und Partnern zusammen.

Um den Erfolg der Geschäftsmodells sicherzustellen bist du für die Entwicklung der Sales Strategie sowie deren Umsetzung zuständig.

Du hast eine Ausbildung oder entsprechende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Software, Betriebswirtschaft oder Management.

Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Unternehmens- und Geschäftsfeldstrategien und weißt, wie man Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt und zum Erfolg führt.

Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch und systematisch und du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Abläufe und Zusammenhänge, verlierst dabei aber nicht das große Ganze aus den Augen.

Du bist kommunikativ und kreativ und kannst gut mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammenarbeiten.

Du bist bereit, dich ständig weiter zu entwickeln, sowohl in Bezug auf dein fachliches Wissen als auch deine persönlichen Fähigkeiten.

Erfahrung in lateraler Führung ist von Vorteil.

Du beherrscht Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 2.682,80 pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
