Sales Engineer (m/f)
Your area of responsibility:
- Creating solutions/layouts/concepts for the sales team and support with price calculations
- Understand customers needs based on data and be able to design optimal solutions with a attractive TCO and ROI
- Further develop the support for the sales team
- Ensure that Knapp products are used in the best possible way
- Support the sales team with technical descriptions (functional description, list of equipment etc.)
- Sometimes support the sales team with quotations for smaller projects/component sales
- Direct contact with end customers if required to get details. To be agreed with responsible sales person
- Attend to meetings at end customers
- Create solutions based on an RFQ/ITT or other related information from end customer and sales person
- Keep timelines
Your profile:
- You are open minded and have good communications skills
- A good ability to work in teams and are able to adapt to changes easily
- You have a good way of handling multiple tasks and like to solve problems
- Very good knowledge in how we, within KNAPP products and service, provide good support to sales and customers
- Basic knowledge in data analysis
- Very good knowledge in our tools (vectorworks, calculation tools, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in business administration
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding in KNAPP WMS, WCS
- Very good knowledge and understanding of logistic systems and the logistic workflow
- Keep contact to engineering in Graz for updates on products, tools, solutions, etc.
