Well-informed at the 13th Customer Service Networking Event

The 13th issue in the KNAPP series of events for Customer Service took place at the beginning of May at Voigt AG near Zurich, Switzerland.

Next to the lively exchange on service topics such as the KNAPP 360+ service programme, a warehouse tour and a presentation of processes were also on the programme. Other topics included the many varied and innovative applications which could be made with the KiSoft Vision image processing technologies for use in service solutions.
