KNAPP Wins Best of Industry Award 2025

KNAPP has received the Best of Industry Award 2025 from trade journal MM MaschinenMarkt in the automation category. Specifically, the award went to the AeroBot system, KNAPP’s latest warehouse robotics solution. The system’s high flexibility, ease of scalability and range of practical applications open up a new dimension of automation.

AeroBot system wins Best of Industry Award 2025

This year marked the tenth edition of the Best of Industry Award, which is awarded annually to the top industrial innovations. This year, around 25,000 votes were cast in 19 categories during the five months the polls were open. The winner in each category was announced on January 22. Readers of the trade journal MM MaschinenMarkt voted to bestow the Best of Industry Award 2025 in the automation category upon KNAPP’s AeroBot system.

AeroBot is an intelligent warehouse robotics system specifically developed to offer maximum flexibility and high storage density while remaining easy to scale. The autonomous AeroBots move through the system freely, utilizing all three dimensions to store, retrieve and pick goods efficiently and dynamically. Multi-award-winning innovation

This award is the latest in a long list of honors for KNAPP. In 2023, the company’s Open Shuttle solutions won the Best of Industry Award in the mechanical engineering / conveyor systems category. The repeat award underscores KNAPP’s dedicated approach to bringing innovation to intelligent intralogistics. In addition, the AeroBot system itself won logisticians over shortly after its rollout. The system was presented to the public at LogiMAT 2025, where it was honored with the Best Product Award. Receiving the Best of Industry Award as well confirms AeroBot’s highly innovative nature and its relevance for industry.
