Your area of responsibility
- Act as the central point of contact for existing and future customers across all project phases, from sales to implementation and ongoing service
- Conduct detailed needs analyses and provide tailored consulting solutions
- Take responsibility for system configuration during project implementation
- Support the development team by translating customer and business requirements into clear product-related input

Your profile
- Completed education or training in logistics, software, or organization, combined with initial relevant professional experience
- Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
- Ability to advise customers effectively and contribute to successful project implementation
- Motivation to continuously develop both technical expertise and personal skills
- Very good English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
