Metal technology – you are hands-on and detail-oriented
Are you curious about how precise parts can be made from metal to build machines and high-tech systems? As a metal technology apprentice, you learn how to make tools, operate machines and work with modern CNC technology.
You work directly on the workpiece with actual materials, making sure everything fits perfectly.

The decision to do an apprenticeship opened up many doors for me. I was able to complete my apprenticeship with a higher vocational diploma, participate in exciting workshops I was interested in and fully focus on my passion.

Are you eager to know how machines work and move?
This apprenticeship will teach you how to build, program and service mechanical, electric and electronic systems.
You get to work with top-notch technology, solve tricky problems and make sure robots, installations and control systems run smoothly.

When I started my apprenticeship, I had no idea how much I could do and learn. Many doors initially were not only closed but also invisible to me, but this has changed now.

In the beginning, everything was new to me but our trainers have taught us everything about programing and the job of developing applications in a quick, careful and respectful way.

Industrial office administration – as a person of many talents, organization is your forte
Are you interested in not only economics, but also in technology and digital tools?
The work of industrial office administration combines both worlds: You organize orders, communicate with suppliers and work with modern systems such as SAP. In doing so, you learn a lot about production, IT and sales processes and become an important part of the team behind the scenes.

Since I started out here as an apprentice, I have been given the opportunity to try things and learn. In my first year of apprenticeship, I worked in four different departments, so I really learned a lot about the company and met many colleagues.
Today, Caroline’s rotation is in Accounting
7:00 a.m. | Once I turn on my laptop, the first thing I do is check my emails and MS Teams. I get up to speed on what happened over the weekend. |
9:30 a.m. | Now it’s down to business: I check and book invoices, which goes well. |
12:30 p.m. | Lunch break at the company cafeteria. Time to recharge and maybe have a good laugh. |
3:00 p.m. | I check delivery notes. What if I’m unsure about what to do next? No problem. I can always ask my colleagues and keep learning. |
4:00 p.m. | That’s it for today, but I’ll be ready to go again tomorrow! |
Information technology – hardware is the stuff of your dreams. You get the systems up and running
Do you enjoy getting computers up and running and solving technical issues? As an information technology apprentice, you learn to set up IT systems, provide network support and service hardware. You are the first point of contact when technical issues arise and you make sure that digitally, everything runs smoothly.

In IT, you need more than just theoretical knowledge, you also need to know how to fix things. In my first year of apprenticeship, I was already hands-on and actively helping out my team.
Providing support is like moving to the next level – advancing with every ticket
7:00 a.m. | First thing in the morning, I boot my computer, check my emails and get an overview of the support requests in our ticketing system. |
9:00 a.m. | An employee reports a problem: their laptop isn’t working. I analyze the cause and troubleshoot the laptop’s problems. |
12:30 p.m. | Lunch break. We talk about the new server racks and how we can optimize the cabling. |
1:00 p.m. | New hardware has arrived. I organize the transport of the containers into the office. |
3 p.m. | I unpack the new laptops and get them ready for the employees so they can start working with them. |
