Implementation Governance Manager (f/m/d) - Business Unit

  • Responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time and scope-compliant delivery of all Implementation projects within the Business Unit.
  • Ensures transparent communication on status, risks and needed decisions to avoid escalations at an early stage.
  • Critically reviews logistics concepts, project progress and schedules while actively promoting continuous improvements.
  • Aligns decisions jointly with the Business Unit whenever topics lie outside the project organization.
  • Participates in management and steering meetings, conducts project-related site visits, attends customer appointments and supports test phases both on site and in-house.
  • Requests additional resources from the line-organization and provides structured feedback and improvement impulses.
  • Measures success through relevant KPIs such as on time delivery, quality and escalation prevention.

  • Several years of experience in managing logistics or intralogistics projects and the ability to think in interconnected systems.
  • A technical or business-related education (FH/University) combined with strong project management skills is required.
  • Strong understanding of intralogistics processes and operational workflows, ideally including KNAPP systems.
  • Confident, decisive and solution-oriented behavior, even in unclear or demanding situations.
  • Ability to lead through influence, motivate teams and actively share knowledge.
  • Confident communication skills in both German and English, combined with willingness to travel.
