Since 1995, KNAPP Switzerland has been a reliable provider of first-class logistics solutions. We started out at our service office in Zofingen, where our experience and closeness to our customers have allowed us to build up a strong tradition of customer care that continues to this day.

We have since relocated to Urtenen-Schönbühl where our team, currently consisting of around 40 experts, continues to grow, putting us in a perfect position to fulfill our customers’ requirements.

Our competent Field Service technicians and Resident Engineers work hard on site to ensure the high availability of our customers’ systems. Life cycle management and digital service tools round out our offer, ensuring systems operate smoothly and allowing us to make a decisive contribution to our customers’ success.

Since our foundation, we’ve been collaborating successfully with major players in the healthcare, fashion, food, e-commerce, retail, wholesale and industry sectors. History

1995
Off to a successful start in Switzerland with the implementation of our first projects, including for Avosano (Voigt) in Romanshorn – who is still a loyal customer of KNAPP and operating our systems to this day.
2009
KNAPP Switzerland founded as a service office in Zofingen, headed by Erwin Gruber.
2017
Subsidiary expanded, received its own management team and moved offices to Urtenen-Schönbühl.
2021
First Resident site started, growth from 22 to 40 employees. Stefan Güdel becomes Managing Director.
2024
Offices in Urtenen-Schönbühl remodeled, doubling the amount of office space. KNAPP Switzerland celebrates their 15th anniversary.
