Apostore GmbH will become the official partner of the Zukunftspakt Apotheke launched by Noweda Apothekergenossenschaft eG, on October 1. The collaboration will see the developer of automation solutions for the healthcare sector assist in maintaining comprehensive stock at brick-and-mortar pharmacies. The aim is to develop digital solutions to foster customer loyalty and improving customer service.

Kuck, CEO of Noweda Apothekergenossenschaft eG. Among other things, the cooperation holds significant potential for further development of the company’s online pre-ordering platform IhreApotheken.de. One possible option would be to introduce 24-hour or self-service terminals for patients and consumers, for example.

Zukunftspakt Apotheke was founded by Noweda and the Hubert Burda Media limited partnership. The aim is to revitalize brick-and-mortar pharmacies. Some modernization measures have already been implemented, such as the launch of the company’s online platform for pre-ordering medicine IhreApotheken.de, the pharmacy magazine My Life and the health platform mylife.de.
