- In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our international customers on all service topics
- By actively shaping the customer relationship, you ensure long-term customer loyalty to KNAPP
- Ambassador: You represent KNAPP to the outside world and are an ambassador at customers, trade fairs and events
- Voice of the customer: You are the voice of the customer in the KNAPP group and represent the interests of customers within the company
- Together with our customers, you develop system and service solutions for existing customer systems

- The basic requirement is that you enjoy working with people
- You have a good technical understanding and are willing to acquire knowledge in the field of intralogistic system solutions
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a technical environment
- You see the sale of services and projects as an incentive
- You speak English and French very well and you have knowledge of German
- Another foreign language is a great advantage in our international environment
- You enjoy visiting your customers around the world on a regular basis
- After an initial training period at our headquarters in Graz, you can also choose to support our customers from our office in Paris

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,219.17 gross per month. However, we offer a salary in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
