- Du koordinierst & überwachst unsere weltweiten Transporte und stellst deren termingerechte Anlieferung sicher
- Du wickelst unsere internationalen Zollgeschäfte verlässlich ab
- Die gesamte Logistikadministration und das Versandwesen werden von dir betreut
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Projektverantwortlichen zusammen und stimmst dich mit unseren Speditionskooperationspartnern ab
- Die Vorbereitung diverser Frachtdokumente, die Kostenkontrolle & die Datenerfassung (Zolltarif, Ursprungsland …) runden dein Aufgabenfeld ab

- Du bist ausgebildete(r) Speditionskauffrau / -mann und hast 1 bis 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Logistikumfeld
- Deine MS Office Kenntnisse sind sehr gut und dein Englisch ist zumindest auf B2 Niveau
- Betriebssystem SAP Vorkenntnissen vom Vorteil
- Du bist ausgesprochener Teamplayer und sehr kommunikativ
- Genaues, selbstständiges sowie ziel- und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus
