- Receipt of support requests and their solution-oriented processing and documentation
- You support our customers worldwide from the headquarter in Graz
- You analyze and solve problems of existing logistics systems and ensure the availability of the conveyor systems
- You don’t mind traveling all over the world to build up know-how during the training phase
- You have no problem to work in shifts after the Knapp training
- You have the opportunity to supplement your salary by being on call at weekends

- You have a technical education with a focus on electrical engineering
- You have first knowledge in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- You speak English and German fluently
- You are a team player. However, independence and accuracy are also among your strengths
