If a spare part reaches a critical stock level, you can create an order directly in KiSoft CMMS to ensure that you have all the spare parts you need at all times.

Time recording for your maintenance team
Maintenance technicians can log their hours directly in KiSoft CMMS or in the mobile app. If you have a fixed shift schedule, logged hours can be imported from the schedule or from an external time recording system. KiSoft CMMS also assists you in creating these schedules automatically based on your technicians’ availability.
SCADA connection
KiSoft CMMS is connected to a SCADA system. When events requiring maintenance occur, tasks are automatically created and assigned to a member of your maintenance team. Furthermore, you’ll have access to data from SCADA that you can evaluate using KiSoft CMMS to calculate statistics such as MTBF (mean time between failures), MTBR (mean time between repairs), components with the most failures, and downtime distribution.
