For the innovative omni-channel solution by KNAPP, US outdoor specialist REI won the Apparel Award 2017 as the Top Innovator. Furthermore, REI and KNAPP received the MMH Productivity Award for Innovation at the ProMat trade fair in Chicago. In the new REI DC, goods are picked into dispatch cartons and sorter pockets at the hybrid Pick-it-Easy Multi work stations regardless of the business model.
