Become part of our project management team active throughout Italy. It is your role to successfully plan, coordinate and implement projects, guaranteeing the defined budget, scope and timeline. As a project manager, you will have a central role in communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including our international Knapp colleagues and most importantly, the customer.Roles and responsibilities:
It is you task to:- Coordinate all project related activities and ensure they occur in a time frame necessary for a successful project
- Ensure all required communication between project stakeholders, Knapp resources, suppliers, etc., occurs in a time frame and to the level of detail necessary for a successful project
- Produce, distribute, and file documentation as required to ensure the satisfaction of contractual requirements and the mitigation of risk
- Work in coordination with project management company guidelines/team
- Ensure all necessary information flows between Knapp head office, other Knapp subsidiaries, and the customer
Requirements for applicants
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
- You have gained 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- You are excited to work with an international team
- You have a strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills characterise you
- You are able to communicate proficiently in the Italian and English language, (German would be a plus)
- You are keen to travel in Italy and to our head office in Austria
