KNAPP, a leading technological company in the intralogistics sector and KRATZER AUTOMATION, an innovative logistics software company have announced a strategic collaboration. The KRATZER AUTOMATION’s software enhances KNAPP’s portfolio in the last mile area, creating an all-encompassing software landscape along the entire supply chain.
KRATZER AUTOMATION, headquartered in Unterschleißheim, Germany, is among Europe’s top providers of operative transport management systems. Customers in the areas of haulage, CEP, industry and trade use the transport management software that now enhances KNAPP’s software portfolio in the form of the add-on KiSoft Pick Up & Delivery.
Entire transport chain mapped digitally
Thanks to KiSoft, all the processes in the warehouse are software-guided. KiSoft Pick Up & Delivery bridges the gap between shipping the goods from the warehouse and the end customer accepting the delivery. Now, KiSoft Pick Up & Delivery tracks and fully documents shipments, as well as recording any damage that occurs during transport. What’s more, significant key figures can be acquired, as all information across the entire supply chain is recorded, processed and provided in a needs-based way.
