RUNPICK is a picking and palletizing robot system based on one intelligent principle: Load units are stored in the Evo Shuttle and retrieved in the optimal order. Meanwhile, KiSoft Pack Master calculates the perfect packing pattern in advance so that RUNPICK knows exactly which pack units need to be placed where on the pallet or in the roll container.

RUNPICK unloads up to four pack units from a tray at once and prepares them for automatic palletizing by rotating, tilting and grouping them. It can place up to six pack units at a time per cycle. The packing pattern is calculated based on customer order data and optimized for stability, density, shipping and store-friendliness.
